Finally Finished My Home Office

I finally finished my home office. It has been awhile. I laid hard wood floors. The wall color is artichoke. It is a medium green color. I purchased a nice hypno-chair. I have uploaded pictures to my site. My plan is to work from home for the remainder of this year and then rent a small office for my practice. Wish me luck.

Amazed at the success and progress I am making

I have seen numerous clients so far. I have seen the basic stop smoking and weight loss clients. Pretty straight up and they are having success. The clients I've seen that make this work most rewarding and amaze me of the transformation is the clients that 5-path have been so successful with. I seen a client for insomnia and she informed me of a number of years of her life she did not remember, and an alcaholic that drank to distract portions of his life. Thanks Jerry and thanks Cal. As for now I will continue to do my work and hopefully have many more successes. May my life improve through this work that we do. Also thanks to all that offer their help, advice and experiences.

As you say, most people will respond quite nicely to the suggestion that “there is a feeling inside of you that you don’t like, that has everything to do with why you have come into seem me today”, and then you can magnify it and use that emotion to construct the affect bridge age regression session. However sometimes more is needed…

If you find yourself blocked in the way that you described, I would suggest that you regress the client to a recent time when they overate or ate something that would not help them attain their goals. This is a date/time regression, not an affect bridge. Then go to just before that and find out what they are thinking and what they are feeling. Those are the thoughts and emotions that are triggering the problem. You can then use that emotion to conduct the affect bridge.
